Olympus CV-180 Complete Endoscopy System

The Olympus CV-180 Complete Endoscopy System is an integrated endoscopy tower designed to support high-quality endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures. The system combines the Olympus CV-180 video processor with the Olympus CLV-180 xenon light source, a high-resolution monitor, keyboard and endoscopy cart. Different configurations are available depending on clinical requirements.

High-Resolution Imaging

The Olympus CV-180 system provides high-resolution HDTV imaging capability designed to support clear and detailed visualization during endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures. The processor provides both HDTV and SDTV signal outputs, allowing integration with compatible display and video systems.

Olympus CV-180 Video Processor

• High-resolution image processing: Designed to provide high-quality visualization for endoscopic procedures.
• Signal output: Supports both HDTV and SDTV outputs.
• Image recording: Supports recording to Olympus-specified XD-Picture Cards with capacities from 16 MB to 512 MB.
• Recording formats: Supports TIFF, SHQ, HQ and SQ image formats with different levels of compression.
• Recording capacity: With a 16 MB card, approximately 17/14 TIFF, 80/60 SHQ or 200/150 HQ images can be recorded for NTSC/PAL respectively.
• PC card compatibility: The MAPC-10 can be used as a PC card adapter for compatible media.

Olympus CLV-180 Xenon Light Source

The Olympus CLV-180 provides illumination for endoscopic observation using a 300-watt xenon lamp. Its automatic illumination control adjusts the light intensity to help achieve appropriate lighting conditions during observation.

• Light source: 300-watt xenon lamp.
• Automatic illumination: Automatically adjusts light intensity to achieve suitable illumination for observation.
• NBI support: Equipped with specially coated filters designed for Narrow Band Imaging (NBI).
• Front panel: Features a backlit front panel for convenient operation.
