With a distal end diameter of just 9.7 mm, the PCF-PH190 uses Olympus' RIT (Responsive Insertion Technology), combining PB (Passive Bending) and HFT (High Force Transmission). PB helps the scope move through acute bends in the colon, while HFT improves operator control for pushing and twisting maneuvers. Together with its slim diameter, these features help insertion go more smoothly, supporting quicker procedures with less patient discomfort.
Despite its ultra-slim diameter, the PCF-PH190 delivers HDTV image quality that greatly assists close mucosal observation. Paired with the EVIS EXERA III system, it provides superior image quality for more detailed viewing.
NBI on EVIS EXERA III 190 Series scopes offers twice the viewable distance compared to EVIS EXERA II 180 Series scopes and is significantly brighter.
