Olympus

Vidéo-gastroscope GIF-H180

The Olympus GIF-H180 combines HDTV imaging, Narrow Band Imaging™ and Close Focus technology for detailed upper GI observation. Its slim 9.8 mm design, 140° field of view and 2.8 mm channel support versatile endoscopy.

Olympus GIF-H180 Video Gastroscope

The Olympus GIF-H180 video gastroscope combines high-resolution HDTV imaging, Narrow Band Imaging™ (NBI), and an enhanced Close Focus optical system. It is designed to provide detailed visualization of mucosal and vascular structures within the upper gastrointestinal tract.

HDTV Imaging and Narrow Band Imaging™

The GIF-H180 uses an HDTV-compatible CCD to produce detailed images with realistic color reproduction. Combined with Narrow Band Imaging™ (NBI), this technology enhances the visualization of mucosal structures and capillaries.

  • High-definition HDTV imaging;
  • Integrated HDTV-compatible CCD;
  • Narrow Band Imaging™ (NBI) technology;
  • Enhanced visualization of mucosal and vascular structures;
  • Detailed images with accurate color reproduction.

Enhanced Close Focus Optical System

The Close Focus optical system enables close observation of examined structures without the need for electronic magnification. By bringing the distal end to within less than 2 mm of the target area, the system provides clear and detailed visualization.

  • Close observation of targeted structures;
  • Viewing distance of less than 2 mm;
  • Sharp images without electronic magnification;
  • Detailed visualization of tissue and mucosal structures.

Slim Design and Instrument Channel

The GIF-H180 features a slim design with an outer diameter of 9.8 mm at both the distal end and insertion tube. Its 2.8 mm instrument channel accommodates a range of compatible endoscopic instruments.

  • Distal end diameter: 9.8 mm;
  • Insertion tube diameter: 9.8 mm;
  • Instrument channel: 2.8 mm;
  • Compatible with various suitable endoscopic instruments.

Four-Way Angulation

The gastroscope features a four-way bending section designed to provide flexibility and precise control during upper gastrointestinal examinations.

  • Up: 210°;
  • Down: 90°;
  • Right: 100°;
  • Left: 100°.

Extra-Wide Field of View

The GIF-H180 provides a 140° field of view, allowing clinicians to observe a wide area of the upper gastrointestinal tract and supporting detailed examination of anatomical structures.

  • Field of view: 140°;
  • Wide observation area;
  • Detailed visualization of gastrointestinal structures;
  • Suitable for comprehensive endoscopic examinations.

Ergonomics and Maneuverability

The GIF-H180 features an ergonomic control section designed to improve handling and maneuverability during procedures. Easily accessible controls and user-selectable switches facilitate operation of imaging and navigation functions.

CV-180 System Compatibility

The Olympus GIF-H180 is compatible with the CV-180 video system, allowing integration into a compatible endoscopy environment.
