The OLYMPUS CF-Q145I is a fibrocolonoscope designed for examination of the colon and for diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy procedures. It combines a flexible design, high-performance optics, and excellent maneuverability to provide detailed visualization of the colonic mucosa.
The CF-Q145I features an optical system with a 140° field of view and a forward viewing direction. Its 3–100 mm depth of field provides clear visualization of colonic structures at different distances, facilitating detailed examination of the mucosal surface.
Its flexible 12.8 mm diameter insertion tube provides a balance between flexibility and rigidity, allowing controlled advancement through the colon. The angulation mechanism enables precise positioning of the distal tip during the examination.
The CF-Q145I provides an angulation range of 180° upward and 180° downward, as well as 160° right and 160° left. This wide range of movement facilitates examination of different regions of the colon, including anatomically challenging areas.
With a 1330 mm working length and a 1650 mm total length, the CF-Q145I provides sufficient reach for comprehensive examination of the colon while maintaining good maneuverability during the procedure.
