Olympus Processeur vidéo CV-180

Olympus

Processeur vidéo CV-180

The CV-180 is Olympus's EVIS EXERA II video processor. It supports HDTV/SD SDI output, NBI for capillary visibility, 1.2X/1.5X magnification, automatic iris, PiP display, and digital image/video recording via xD cards and IEEE 1394.

Olympus CV-180 Video Processor

The CV-180 is a video processor designed to work with the CLV-180 light source. It's compatible with EVIS 100/130/140 and EVIS EXERA 160 series endoscopes, as well as bronchoscopes and surgical endoscopes.

Imaging features

  • HD/SD SDI video output
  • NBI (Narrow Band Imaging) technology to improve visibility of capillaries and mucosal structures
  • Two structure enhancement modes: Type A (larger mucosal structures, high contrast) and Type B (smaller structures such as capillaries)
  • Electronic magnification at 1.2X or 1.5X, activated with a single button press
  • Automatic iris, removing the need to switch manually between Peak and Average modes
  • Picture-in-picture display, combining endoscopic, fluoroscopic, and ultrasound images

Recording and documentation

Still images are stored on xD cards via a PC card adapter, and video is recorded to digital video recorders via IEEE 1394 (FireWire, DV, iLINK) using remote control switches. The system supports TIFF, SHQ, HQ, and SQ formats.

  • Remote control for remote operation
  • Patient data entry and pre-registration
  • Scope ID function for managing the endoscopy room
  • Control of auxiliary equipment: VCRs, video printers, image filing systems, endoscopic ultrasound centers

Technical specifications

  • HDTV and SDTV signal outputs, white balance adjustment, standard color chart output
  • Automatic gain control (AGC), contrast and iris adjustments
  • Class I medical electrical equipment
  • Should not be placed near flammable gases
  • Power supply: 220-240V AC, 50/60 Hz
  • Dimensions: 382 mm (width) x 91 mm (height) x 490 mm (depth)
