Olympus CV-160 is a video processor for EVIS EXERA 160 series endoscopes. It offers structure enhancement, full-height display, scope ID, PC image transfer, and compatibility with EVIS 100/130/140 scopes and bronchoscopes. 35% smaller than earlier models
The CV-160 is an Olympus video processor designed for endoscopy, built for the EVIS EXERA 160 series.
The CV-160 processes the frequency components of endoscopic images, which improves the sharpness of anatomical detail. Noise reduction limits visual interference and makes it easier to spot abnormalities.
This mode uses the full vertical surface of the screen. Images display without loss of detail or resolution, which helps in identifying anatomical structures. Enlarging the image makes tissue textures and color variations easier to distinguish.
The front panel and keyboard were redesigned for more intuitive handling, which reduces staff training time.
The CV-160 supports the EVIS 100/130/140 series of gastrointestinal endoscopes as well as EVIS EXERA video bronchoscopes. The same system can therefore be used for both gastrointestinal and bronchial endoscopy.
The CV-160 is 35% smaller than previous models. Paired with the CLV-160 xenon light source, the complete system is 80 mm narrower.
