Olympus CF-H190L colonoscope: HDTV imaging, NBI, and RIT (HFT, PB, variable stiffness) for easier insertion. 170° field of view, 1680mm length, 12.8mm diameter, 3.7mm channel, close focus to 2mm.
The CF-H190L is a video colonoscope built for routine colonoscopy exams. It combines high-definition imaging, narrow band imaging, and an insertion design meant to make navigating the colon easier.
The high-definition imaging system produces a sharp image that shows detail in the colonic mucosa. That precision helps with evaluation and spotting abnormalities.
The CF-H190L's NBI function improves brightness and contrast, which helps visualize internal structures and potential lesions.
RIT combines three technologies: High Force Transmission (HFT), Passive Bending (PB), and Variable Stiffness. Together they make it easier to insert and steer the scope through the colon, which can reduce patient discomfort and the need for sedation.
A built-in water jet system rinses the mucosa and helps manage bleeding during the procedure, keeping the examined area clear.
The one-touch connector is fully submersible and plugs in without a separate video or ScopeGuide cable, which simplifies maintenance and lowers the risk of water intrusion.
A 170° field of view cuts down on how often the angle needs adjusting. The control section has easy-to-reach controls and programmable switches.

The CF-H190L/I works with the following Olympus EVIS EXERA video system components:
These parts are listed by Olympus for reprocessing and valve replacement:
The scope is compatible with the ETD washer-disinfector using Olympus GA or PAA Pro chemicals. Manual disinfection uses a 2%–3.5% glutaraldehyde solution.
